Job Responsibilities
- The role holder will be responsible for driving top line for the unit through various engagement programs, planning & strategy, acquiring clinical talents & adding newer specialties in the target markets.
- Empanel of TPAs, Direct Corporates & Channel Partners for increased revenues.
- Manage corporate clients and TPA engagement to target higher segment patient referrals
- Responsible for strengthening and building strong sales team
- Providing product training to sales team for better outcome of result.
- Ensuring team conducts regular CMEs and workshops to enhance medical knowledge of Referral Physicians by showcasing best clinic practice
- Strengthen Referral Doctors and In-house Consultants connect for better yield
- Manage Corporate/TPAs/Insurance Clients
- To strengthen relationship with clients by creating visibility through offering value add services and HR interacts
- Address challenges from time to time on delay in recoveries and disallowances by meeting appropriate authorities in TPA and Insurance companies
- Responsible for adding more partners for potential revenue growth
- Expanding potential geographies for revenue growth
