Job Responsibilities


  • Spearhead HRBP function at the Unit encompassing Organization resource planning, talent reviews, driving engagement programs, preparation of succession plans, high potential individual development plans & performance management
  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees & management at the Unit
  • Set up process, relationships & early warning systems to minimize critical attrition losses innovative communication, Reward & Recognition programs for diversified resource pool
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR team in development of individual development plans of junior team members at the Unit.
  • Align annual & mid-year talent review plans to business plans aimed at development of effective talent pool based on future business requirements
  • Coordinate with leadership team aligning hiring/headcount decisions and optimizing utilization of existing resources
  • Responsible for designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning and HR data analytics.
  • Render HR consultancy to people managers in implementation of HR policies and practices that aims at providing prompt resolution of HR issues
  • Manage the reporting/HR metrics for end-to-end HR functions.
